Martin KOSTOLNÝ

Head of the Office

Martin Kostolný – graduated from the University of Žilina (Faculty of Security Engineering, Master – Civil Security). He has 15+ years of experience in EU project management, including technical cooperation in the field of security and crisis management with special focus on training and testing in the field of CBRNe. He is experienced in the coordination of related activities and tasks, in managing international teams of experts and networking. He contributes to trainings and educational activities of ISF-P projects (including CBRN CoE ones) as well as to RDI works of H2020/HE projects, providing perspective of responders’ cooperation, needs assessment, training development, including providing these training. An important part of his experience is organizational and logistical preparation and carrying out of different types of training, exercises, testing, and demonstrations. He is a PRINCE2 certified manager. He has 5 years of experience in public procurement. He can speak English, and his native language is Slovak. He is a holder of EU/NATO Secret level Security clearance.

Beáta KORPESIO

Beáta KORPESIO

Project manager

Graduated from the Slovak Agricultural University, Faculty of Economy and Management in Nitra (2009). She has experience in EU project management and EU project implementation. She has worked for more than 10 years in the field of EU projects, has experience in organising national and international workshops, seminars, and trainings. She has also participated in many projects as financial manager. She is managing CBRN vocational education and training, and she is a member of the CBRN response team. She participates in various H2020/HE projects, ISF-P, UCPM, EUROPOL, as well as those under EU CBRN CoE Initiative. She can fluently speak English, understands German. Her native language is Slovak. She is a PRINCE2 certified manager.
