The Health and Bioeconomy Cluster ROHEALTH
ROHEALTH is a Romanian health and bio-economy network that unites academic, research, and industry stakeholders to drive innovation in healthcare and biomedical engineering. In 2022, RoHealth established the CBRNE – Disaster Medicine working group to enhance collaboration in emergency preparedness and response, focusing on developing medical technologies and protocols for managing CBRNE incidents. The network supports startups and spin-offs, actively contributes to national strategy development, and comprises over 113 members, with more than half being SMEs.

Mădălina-Elena Argăseală is a highly experienced project manager and operations manager with a strong background in managing complex projects across various sectors, including healthcare, education, and management consulting. With a master’s degree in international marketing and management from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, she has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project delivery, and stakeholder management.

Rucsandra-Cristina Dumitrescu
Research Assistant
Rucsandra-Cristina Dumitrescu holds a Master’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, as well as a Master’s degree in Forensic Chemistry. Her research experience spans nanomaterials, heavy metals, cancer treatment, genomics, materials science, and tissue engineering. She currently works as a research assistant at ROHEALTH – the Health and Bioeconomy Cluster – where she contributes to national and international grant proposals, business plans, marketing strategies, medical device development, and the implementation of quality management systems.
With over a decade of volunteer and work experience in NGOs such as the Romanian Red Cross, the Balkan Medical Union, the Biology Students’ Association, and the National Union of Students in Romania, she has been actively involved in training delivery, team coordination, project management, event organization, graphic design, and visual communication, as well as first aid, disaster preparedness, emergency response, and humanitarian support for refugees and vulnerable populations.
